Great story, told over time, with all the characters having a link to each other one way or another.
Kiki starts off the story with her need of travelling and exploring, being open to new opportunities. Her niece Reyna, follows on from the story, single parent, potential boyfriend currently doing a stretch of time in a juvenile centre. Does she love him or is it because she is lonely? He eventually comes out and they start a new/old relationship, making money by any means. Unfortunately for them these 'means' come at a great cost. Kiki and Reyna's lives have a ripple affect and other characters become involved in their stories. A really nice read, each life needing "improvement" of some sort.
