After reading the extract I was excited to find out that I’d been successful in winning this book to read in full.
The characters, especially Kiki are really well developed and allows for a good understanding of their backgrounds.
Whilst it is a nice easy read, I did find the jumping around a bit difficult to keep up with especially when I’d picked the book up following a few days away from it
The artwork on the front of the book impressed me and I think this reflects the book pretty well.
Overall, I enjoyed the book and was pleased to read something I wouldn’t normally. I don’t think however that I enjoyed it enough to go and rush and buy another book by the author. A good read though nethertheless.
