Potentially brilliant, potentially nightmare inducing

I'm not sure if I think this book is brilliant or if it's going to rob me of sleep at night. I completely misjudged the cover, which is very cool looking but (I'm ashamed to say) I thought meant it was a completely different kind of book. I know, how often have we been told not to judge a book by it's cover? Which is why I'm pleased I gave it a chance and read the first impression. Engaging, thought provoking and oh so relevant, I love the style of writing and am very excited, if a little nervous, to read this book.
