I'm intrigued by Harry and his journalism, possibly a key feature later in the novel? He seems to be a thrill seeker, however I sense that this may be a hidden trate; he's new and so may not be settled in Vegas.
Following him around and seeing what he see's will be really enthralling.

Curious about Deion's character. Why is he the way he is? He scared off a student and was evidently in a bad mood then shortly after wanted to apolagise to a girl for scaring her. He's unpredictable, maybe a lot on his mind?
Was the explosion aimed at him? Was the girl Charlie?

I really like the front cover and the features that you can look at for ages. What attracted me, though, was the reference to the Hunger Games; I felt open to trying this book.

I predict that the man shouting at Harry from the kitchen had something to do with the explosion.

Good read. Detective feel.
