This book definitely went in a completely different direction than I was expecting from the first few chapters. Some of the story was a little predictable but for the majority of it I never saw the plot twists coming. I really enjoyed the writing style and felt the book was fast paced and never felt like it was dragging. I enjoyed the switch in perspectives for part of the book as that helped to fully evolved certain characters and added to the overall mystery of the story.
My one issue was one character who turns out to play a large role in the end of the book is not introduced until their presence has a major impact on the plot so I was at first confused over who they were. However this is still a very good thriller and one that had me guessing throughout which leads me to give a 4 star rating. I would be interested in reading more from this author in the future.
