This is a thriller in the fullest possible sense of the word. You have the death of two teenagers, one possibly in suspicious circumstances and one in circumstances that the local doctor is sure are suspicious but the local authorities do not. You have the hero with a complicated past and a potentially more complicated future who is related to the second victim and plenty of scope for a roller coaster of a story.
