Before I start I'm not a fan of this genre on a good day and I only like the very best the genre has to offer. This is not one of the best.
The prologue captured me and seemed really interesting, but then chapter 1 slows down and the following chapter just lose that sense of mystery and I found that I couldn't connect with either of the 2 protagonists enough to make it worth my time.
