I like when the books are pretty, and have some additional graphics which this one had looking at the order sent at the beginning. It’s a huge plus for me.
As a crime story it got my attention, I think that I might have enjoyed the crime and mystery part.
I’m not sure if I’d like the history and the war part though, the prologue didn’t get me involved in the story. And that’s also a reason why the cover wouldn’t catch my eye in the bookstore. It’s just not a genre for me.
I think for the fans of war fiction, that book would be great.
