This looks like an interesting one. Imagine the Hunt for Red October taking place today with a bit of modern day James Bond thrown in for good measure. It's always interesting to see how the actions of yesterday can have an effect on life today given that these are 2 completely different eras. I also had a look at the available sample and aside from a 20 page prologue it seems to feature short chapters, which is one of my personal favourite features in a book. If it carries on like that I expect a fast paced story whose 400 pages I should be able to get through in no time.
