I've got to be honest, I found the cover of putting, it really didn't entice me to read the book at all. However, on reading the first few chapters I began to change my mind.
The book is an easy one to read. Its not overly descriptive, nor are there any particularly big words, and the story isn't exactly the thriller its advertised as so it's ideal bedtime reading. I enjoyed the story and although the book is simply written, it has still given me lots to think about, and I'm considering things I might not have done previously!
All in all I'd say don't let the cover deter you, it's quite deceiving. This book is an enjoyable, interesting read, not a war book as you may have thought. It's a fast paced, enjoyable read with a few twists along the way!
