I was drawn to this book a week ago when i first saw the cover advertised here on Readers First. The cover is pretty and of course you shouldn't judge a book by its cover but the blurb seemed interesting too and I set myself a mental note to check it out once the first impression was available. I have just finished reading it now and I am really impressed. The book seems to be an easy read, however I don't mean this in a negative way. From what I've read so far, the book is written very well in a tone that doesn't make it too difficult for the reader to fly through the pages and get stuck into the story. The protagonist seems very relatable, an awkward book lover who I definitely identify with.. The setting of this book seems so lovely, I've always wanted to work in a book shop and this first impression conjured up images of the old book store in my town which was mainly the reason why I fell in love with reading and I will really enjoy reading this book, once I get my hands on it. There seems to be an underlying story which will be revealed later on and I'm excited to continue reading. Overall, a pleasant read so far!
