Secrets within a marriage - everyone has them

This book has an initial storyline of not finding love before the age of 30 and marrying your best friend which is what most of us have done! They do get married but it seems their marriage holds a secret which the readers will find out. The cover looks appealing and I am really interested in reading it and getting captivated in the story.
