I loved the flashbacks that occurred throughout the novel as I really think that they add to the plot of the story much more than if they hadn't been included at all. This book shows the varying degrees of love and how important a strong friendship can be.
Holly Seddon has a very realistic and true to life way of writing that I certainly found enjoyable as well as clear to read. The fact that this book was so unlike her previous one felt very fresh and conveyed how talented this author really is!
