This was a brilliant read and I highly recommend it. It was heartbreaking and very real, presenting a unsugarcoated version of life and this particular concept. While many people have written books about the best friends 'marry after thirty years' pact but none of the books I have read have ever approached it in this way before, making it fresh and very intriguing. I was hooked from start to finish and had to stop myself in multiple occasions of looking at the end. I also really love the cover art, which I think is beautiful and eye-catching. I thought it was a thoroughly brilliant book, with very real characters, relevent and well handled subject matter and just a thoroughly engaging, enjoyable read.
