Having read the first three books in this series, I've been eagerly awaiting number four. After reading the synopsis I don't think I'll be disappointed. Jane Tennison is a strong, vibrant woman who gives as good as she gets in (what was then) very much a man's world. As a teenager in the 70s I can remember the winter of discontent and look forward to seeing how this story unfolds with Jane solving the crimes.
