Im loving these books about Jane Tennison´s early career, before the Prime Suspect years, but with the mistakes she makes in handlinh cases Im surprised that she makes DCI. She must learn and improve very quickly. This is a really goood book. Lynda La Plante is such a talented author that I know, no matter what I read of hers, its going to be good, interesting, gripping, and will leave me by the seat of my pants until i flip the last page.
