I love this author. As soon as I saw that she had written another book I knew that it needed to be on my bookshelf. It did not disappoint. The storyline kept me intrigued from start to finish and despite the length of the book I read it in a day, I just could not put it down! I think Lynda did really well with portraying a realistic view of the era that this book is set in, she definitely did it justice.
Some characters from her previous books have been reintroduced, which sometimes I don't think works well but this definitely did and it was refreshing to see that they were back. Despite the introduction of previous characters from previous books I would 100% recommend that first time readers of Lynda's still pick this book up! You will not regret it!
