An excellent introduction to the history of murder

I love the cover of this book. The first few pages are a brief introduction to the history of murder : the difference between murder and manslaughter, and how the definition of murder has changed throughout the ages. It is very well-written and totally absorbing. I look forward to reading the different case stories and learning about how the laws have changed over the years.
