The cover and title look and sound pretty straightforward to me. It's always interesting to see the reasons and motives of murder throughout history and to see how much it's methods have changed yet primarily has the same outcome which is the act of murder. The book does give off mysterious vibes and sounds like it'll be quite factual and informative but gripping enough to scare me.
