Kate Morgan writes in accessible way, which makes the book suitable for anyone with even the slightest interest in criminology. It made me think about my own views in murder and how society thinks about cases.
I was shocked by some of the statistics. The history of murder how the law has evolved is particularly interesting. I would be very interested in reading the rest of the book, as it had given me a keen interest in a subject I have never really looked that deep into.
