Would highly recommend this book to anyone that is interested or intrigued by criminal law or more specifically murder. As a law graduate, I have always been interested in criminal law much more than other areas of law. To have studied criminal law and murder and then read this book was brilliant. Although I knew the current law, to actually understand why we have the laws we do today was fascinating.
I really enjoyed Kate Morgan's style of writing. With books like this sometimes they can become boring and monotone. But Kate Morgan definitely kept me interested. I really could not put this book down when I began reading it. It was really eye-opening and also gave me food for thought when it came to particular moral and ethical issues the courts and parliament have had to consider when developing the law or murder and manslaughter.
