Although very factual I found it hard going to the point that I was only managing a few pages a day before I had to put it down. The problem was, it was very factual and as I had previously found non-fiction books are very hard readers.
I originally did a first impression which for once the book did not appear like other non-fiction books I have tried to read in the past but the more I got into it the more so it became. I was determined to read it as I had another book lined up to follow and I wouldn't let this book beat me.
Unfortunately it took me so long that I missed the deadline for the next book I had to review. In reality I should have given up on it and concentrated on my next book.
I supposed the main reason for not liking non-fiction books is all the books I had to read to complete my Masters Degree, which then I had a purpose but this one was for pleasure and alas I did not find it so.
