This book was so interesting. It was very well written and easy to follow even though it was all about criminal law and had some quite technical terminology. The author kept all the cases concise and to the point even so that the reader didn’t get lost in which bit of the law was being discussed.
I feel I learnt a lot from this book both in terms of the history of law and current law. I also found it interesting to read about some cases that aren’t as well know as well as reading more about some very well know killers such as The Yorkshire Ripper and how these cases came to effect how certain killers were sentenced.
I also loved how there were photographs included in this book to give you a visual of what you were reading about!
Overall this was a great book which I feel any fan of true crime would really enjoy and get a lot out of. With the new knowledge from this book I feel I will now look at stories i read in the future with a deeper understanding.
