Okay, so I am not entirely sure exactly what is going on here and how the two disparate families relate to each other but I do know that I have really enjoyed what I have read thus far and I was annoyed to reach the end of the first impression.
Strong characterisation throughout and already there is a sense of who Emma and Lizzie are. Their respective husband's less so but I am guessing this is a female centric novel so Stella and Amy are given more page-space than their father.
Definitely looking forward to reading this one.
