I struggled to motivate myself to pick this up....the cover screams chick-lit-y one womans journey of wistful self discovery which isn't my thing at all, but actually this is a pretty decent thriller/mystery/drama....the sort that'd be adapted into the 9pm slot on ITV/BBC...probably with Suranne Jones in it. (the marketing people really should sort that out because the cover's just awful)

We're told the story from 3 different perspectives but it's easy to keep track off...it just really seems to take it's time getting there...meandering a little to much...so much so you were kind of thinking 'jeez...hasn't she figured the twist out yet?????'...after the clues are drip-fed so slowly as if to give readers who haven't picked it up early chance to catch up.

Could have done with tighter editing to help with pace but a good easy read, with a great plot idea, although the final epilogue jarred...in a matter of weeks all the characters seemed to have undergone complete personality changes so it felt tacked on and rushed.
