If I could give this book more than five stars I would. I picked it up at 9.30 meaning just to see what it was about and was still reading three hours later
The book is told from the three different perspectives. Lizzie,Emma and Emma's daughter Stella.
Lizzies story is told in retrospect Emma and Stella in the present.
The book starts with Lizzie witnessing a crime. Her strand continues with this. Emma is a very controlling mother .Her younger daughter Ava is happy to go along with this but fifteen year old Stella is starting to resent her lack of freedom.
She begins to suspect her mother has a secret and starts to follow her.
There is a huge twist halfway through the book..
The book is well written and drags you in. This is the authors third book and a return to form. Highly recommended.
