Beautifully presented but not my type of story
This book is a perfect gift for young adults who like fantasy/sci-fi combined with romance. The hardback book is a small and beautifully presented printed on good quality thick pages and with several black and white illustrations and with an elasticated book mark.
Unfortunately, the story was not my cup of tea at all. Had I not decided to review this book, I would have given up reading it after the first 50 pages when I realised it was about aliens, spacecraft and cyborgs.
Whilst reading it, I felt out of control as if I was playing a video game where I kept jumping levels without really understanding what was going on.
Ideal for lovers of Doctor Who but not suitable for readers who like logical and credible fiction.
