Interesting concept but didn't grip me at all.
Even though it is a fantastical book and therefore isn't based in reality I found it hard to believe in the story and what was being portrayed.
I persevered and finished the book but it took a lot for me to focus on it.
The characters were not relatable at all, I couldn't attach any sort of emotion to them.
I find myself just plain bored and sometimes just confused.
The plot seemed disjointed and as if the author hadn't tried to connect the dots properly.
I was dussapointed in the ending as well, I didn't feel it explained anything or wrapped up the story.
The only plus side to this book was the cover. Loved the unique cover with the elastic strap around it.
