Spellbinding
A true roller coaster ride. This truly was and more.
I was enthralled at this fast paced page turner all the way through.
Marcus Marfield as the villain was both believable and a stain on humanity reflecting the scourge of Nazism. He was a truly believable character who deserved just what he got.
The diary comments at the end of the book gave a true incite into the anguish and deceitful actions that were bound up in the story of Wilde and his compatriots.
This was a truly shocking reminder of the intensity of the war in Europe at that time from the perspective of those not necessarily on the front line.
I shall remember this book for a long time and will certainly read the other professor Wilde stories.
