This book clearly tackles a difficult subject from a teenager's point of view, presenting the situation in a straightforward way. I didn't feel much of an emotional connection but I'm not sure whether this was down to the writing or to my own reluctance to engage with a potentially harrowing story. The title and cover suggest a hard-hitting narrative and the type of accusation that both a rapist and, sadly, a rape victim might face.
