The second in the no virgin series and just as heart wrenching and impactful as the first. This story follows Stacey Woods as she reports her rape and goes through the court ordeal. A difficult read that is full of raw emotion and pain as Stacey goes through feelings of shame and guilt. While the author goes through the emotions of a court case and trial it shows how, although the verdict may not be what you had hoped, it is still important to stand up and use your voice. The support system Stacey had in place with her parents, sister Jodie and best friend Patrice was heartwarming and a beacon of light in an other wise dark story. However, this story ended on a hopeful note that many readers who have experiences similar circumstances may use to show some hope in their situation.
