I was really pleased to win a copy of this book after reading the sneak peak.
Aimed at young adults and teens i thought this book did a good job of raising the topic of rape and giving consent of sexual activity. An important issue amongst teenagers. I have not read the prequel to this book however i am led to believe this book follows on nicely.
I was a little upset for stacey at the end of part one when marty got the not guilty verdict however i feel it was a true result and one that is often reflected in real life due to lack of evidence in these cases.
I thought the ending of part two gave the reader a very important message in that even if you alone cannot get justice, your bravery can help others come forward and eventually justice will be done.
