I was so pleased to win a copy of this book particularly after reviewing the excerpt I went on to read the first book in the series No Virgin.
I was concerned after reading the first book that the second would just be a rewrite of the first but I am happy to say it wasn't.
This book tells the next part of Stacie's story, the run up to and including a trial for rape. The author writes in the first person which again makes the character believable and the story flow.
At no point did I feel that the story was laboured or over made a point, it was factual but sensitively delivered.
I felt the handling of the trial scene was excellent and realistic.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will look out for others from this author.
