I read One Italian Summer in two sittings. I am like a bear to honey for anything set in Italy and this was the perfect blend of setting and story.

Three sisters struggling with loss and grief in their own ways but the narrative isn't weighed down by that heavy emotion. There are beautiful moments of levity and laughter. I LOVED how the sisters spoke to each other. It was sassy and sometimes a bit rude and that's exactly.how siblings interact.

It also helps that there were some sizzly descriptions too. Some sentences were refreshingly honest about the feelings going on. Especially the sexier feelings.

Reading this book has made me want to go back to Rome. I want my own Italian adventure. <3
