Another book on here that I am hooked to. The front cover really appealed to me. The pretty pastel colours and the photograph look of it really reminded me of holidays and Italy has always had a special place in my heart so that was another thing that really appealed to me. The three sisters seem to have a really nice bond and that comes out more as the story progresses. There's a underlying sense of sadness running through the book as the narrator talks about losing her dad and being constantly reminded of it. The mother seems tired and drained from it all. I really enjoyed this first impression and really look forward to reading the rest of the book and finding out about their adventures in Italy.
