The book gives off summer romance vibes! so it would be a nice read during the summer especially during this period of being locked indoors and unable to be active enough to explore, therefore this book puts you in a perspective of the main character but also gives you a feel of a holiday. It allows the reader to give a feel of being away with how descriptive the book is ( I usually don't like descriptive books as I usually want it to get to the point). I enjoyed the style of writing in this book as its something that I like in a book, it also gives you a feel of the thoughts going through the main characters head. If you need a summer romance book this would be a good one, reminds me kind of like love & gelato as both books are placed in Italy but also deals with a loss of a family member. So if you've read that you would definitely like this! A nice summer romance and coming of age book.
