This book kept me intreged by the first page! The attack happens early on and it's up to the family to decipher what's happened. Each family member faces their own challenges and are very different which I enjoyed reading and getting to know how this family worked together. There were lots of unexpected twists and turns throughout and a lot of which I didn't expect! You don't find out what's actually happened until right at the end, and the ending wasn't expected either and left me with a lot more questions! I would love to read a second book that tells me the aftermath of what s happened and how each family member has dealt with it.
