Very unexpectedly thrilling!
I wasn't expecting too much when I first looked at this book but upon reading the first impressions given on readers first, I was very intrigued...
Overall, I think the book holds up! I wasn't expecting too much initially, and the book wasn't perfect (but I do read a lot of thrillers therefore I usually come to expect more from them) but it was very well done.
Excellent characterisation - the characters really grew and I was super impressed as usually in thrillers - plot is seen as the most important thing and characterisation really lacks!
I would mostly recommend this to beginner readers of thrillers or those wanting a quick and easy read! This would be a super holiday thriller
