"It's Addictive And It's Painful"

First of all, I adored that the book is written from the woman's perspective and directed towards her ex husband, she is directly writing to him anecdotally which was hugely interesting to me.
I found myself immersed within beautifully quotable phrases and undeniably gripped as jaw dropping truths were unveiled.
I found a quote within this extract that perfectly describes my reading experience,
