I wasnt enamored with the authors writing style for this book but boy was I drawn into the plot.
I automatically felt for this woman who has had her life destroyed by her husband. Before the main twist of her finding his diary, he was bad enough to make me hate him .
Then boy oh boy, imagine finding a diary filled with the names of the women your husband has had an affair with. Then imagine they are also all rated out of ten.
If I didn't hate the husband before, I certainly did at this point.
I felt the wife's heartbreak and anger along with her. At some points though I found her reactions a bit over the top.
The ending was a typical thriller ending of oh heres the answer to the whole thing with no explanation.
