I'm not sure I completely understood the story from the first 17 or so pages given. The random capital letters when writing Tide or Water was a little confusing at the start. Why is Water capitalised? Is it an important place? I just don't understand...
As for the rest, it's all written out as if I'm reading someones plans for a book, I'm not sure if it's meant to read this way or not, I'd have to read the entire story to fully understand it.
