The book starts off quite confusing but that's what makes it interesting... the vivid imagery and unanswered questions keeps you reading more. Reading from Piranesi's viewpoint makes it all the more engaging as you learn about the world with him. The book cover is simple yet tasteful, but it really makes you question what the book is about.
