This is a feminist retelling of Snow White and retelling of old Disney tales are my favourite to read, a new twist on a book I loved reading as a kid is always a breath of fresh air and makes me want to read it over and over again until there are wear marks all over the books.
This book played with all your feelings, it had there sad moments that made your heart ache for the character but at the happy moments I had a grin that hurt by the end of the book.
There were a lot of part in this book that confused me, so if you are reading this book it’s a very good book and I would definitely recommend it but make sure that you can keep up and not get lost in the pages, I did once or twice and I had to retract to the previous chapter to figure out what happened.
Another thing that caught my attention was the fact that the authour didn’t keep the original name show white she named her Sophie and made her own twist in the book.
