“Poisoned” is a retelling of Snow White (and a good one at that). Honestly I’m not sure what I like the most - this story of Snow White, or the original one. Jennifer Donnelly did an absolutely awesome job portraying the characters!!!
Usually I don’t read books that much, since they’re not that interesting to me. Lately I’ve begun getting more into them.
First of all, I love the cover of the book. The apple that’s kind of falling apart - YES. That’s actually the reason I decided to read some of it. I’ve only read “the first look”, but I’ll totally try to get it.
I love the author’s writing style! The way she describes the people and all - absolutely amazing. My first language isn’t English, but it was still understandable for me, even though I don’t have the biggest vocabulary.
Her plot also seems really interesting, and I’d love to read more from this writer.
