I thought this book to be extremely cringe-worthy. The description was over done and unnessecary as well as there being large info dumps such as clumsy character descriptions which is quite ironic considering absoloutley no plot information was shared. Additionally this is just a personal issue, but I cannot understand why you would start a book with how it ends. It completely takes away the entire point of reading it in the first place. The mix up of different perspectives didnt flow pleasantly at all and frankly none of the characters motives make any sense although i know i only read 4 chapters.
Occaisonally there were odd periods of random narration that didnt seem to fit in with the plot, it reminded me of a sort of murder mystery book where sections of the story are from the murderers point of view. Is this what thw author was going for? I usually enjoy those sort of things but this didnt make any sense. I felt like i was reading a sequel as places were just sort of inserted in without any real geographical information which would be forgivable if the author hadnt gone on to say that the protagonist was the princess of Greenland.
It seemed to be an odd mix of unresearched dribble amongst periods of over the top language i'd expect to see in a 12 year olds instagram bio
