First of all the cover grabbed my attention with how captivating it is. The attention to detail is really good.
This book is a modern re-tell of Snow White and takes on a feminist take which I think is really smart and takes the story to a new level allowing the reader to see both sides of the story and allow them to get attached to the characters.
The evil step mother is portrayed in a new way which leaves the reader wanting to know more about her m. Her description and actions are mysterious and helps to build tension.
We all know the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and we know what happens to Snow White and the evil queen however we are still at the edge of our seats waiting to see what happens and how this author is going to add her own new twist in this story to keep the reader interested which I think she has done very well as each chapter left me wanting to read more
