Probably one of my favourite simple covers. It’s basic but still captures the eyes. The book is very fast paced and helped me out of my reading slumber. Really loved the retelling of snow white through the book. With the idea of the evil step mother and Sophie having to over come her challenges. Contains a few dark elements so it would be good for someone who doesn’t enjoy the grim side as much. Really liked how it wasn’t overly complicated with the story line making it a really quick read. Sophie is every compassionate and unlike the fairytale we get a more realistic story with more real villains. I was really caught up with the beginning but honestly slightly disappointed with the ending. I had just watched once upon a time and was recommended the books. Wasn’t too invested in the love interests as I wanted to be but overall I’d say it’s a book to pull yourself back into reading!
