Loved reading the initial unfolding of the plot, the disappearance and then the return, how it sets the tone for what to expect from the book. I loved the voice of the narrator and how it fluctuates between the past and the present.
I am intrigued by the characters, the plot has an ominous air to it and I was disappointed when I came to the end of the sample chapters!
