As soon as I saw Charity Norman's name, I had to read this extract. I've thoroughly enjoyed her previous novels and straight away I was pulled into the novel. The mysterious opening had me hooked, and then straight away but effortlessly the timeline moved and I was in Emily's current life. Absolutely intrigued as to where it is going next, but I know there will be some significant twists to throw me!
