I was not immediately tempted to read this book because the cover did not draw me in. After reading the subject matter of the novel I decided to give it a go. I am so pleased I read the opening chapters.The prose is well written and sensitively delivered.The characters are three dimensional and believable, the plot is intriguing and ensures you want to keep reading.
